Is guide service and admission fee included in a price?
- No, our prices exclude guide service and admission fees.
What is included then?
- Our prices include private, door to door and transportation by air-conditioned minivan and assistance of our English speaking chauffuer.
I found the same trip at much better price. Moreover it includes entry fees and guide service. Why do you charge more?
- Probably you found an offer of one of the big bus tour company. Unlike them, our tours are private so you don't travel squashed in a bus with 50 other people.
Our comfortable, air-conditioned minivan is exclusively reserved for your and your party. Another advantage is door to door service. Pick up and drop off points depends on you.
I'm not happy with your prices. Can I ask for a discount?
- Costs of providing top quality transportation services are very expensive so please don't expect miracles in that field. To reduce costs we recommend you booking 2 tours in one day (usually 20% cheaper then the same tours taken separately)
How can I book my tour or transfer?
- The best way to do that is filling in booking form on our website. Please note that booking is not valid until you reply our confirmation email.
How and when do I pay?
- Payment should be done on the day in cash (currency: Polish Zlotys - PLN).
Can I pay using a credit card?
- No, we don't accept this method of payment.
I booked but changed my mind. How can I cancel my booking?
- Please call us as soon as possible. If you let us know too late and driver will come to pick up you we will charge you (half price for pick ups in Krakow, full amount for pick ups in another cities)
Does my driver guide me around venues?
- No, your driver is not a guide. He explains you where to go and what to see. If you booked a guide your driver will show you where to pay and meet him/her.
My flight is delayed or early. What should I do?
- We track your flight so we know real arrival time. Our driver show up in arrivals 15 minutes after landing time.
My flight was diverted to another airport? Will you pick me up there?
- It depends on situation. Usually you go to original airport by bus. Your driver will meet you at information desk. It's always good to contact us to find the best solution: +48 511 968 164
Can I smoke in the car?
- No, smoking in our vehicles is strictly forbidden
Can I eat and drink in the car?
- Dry snacks and drinks in plastic cap bottles are allowed.
Do I have to wear seatbelts?
- Yes, it's obligatory to wear you seatbelts on all seats in the vehicle.
Is it possible to have a special seat for my child?
- Yes, it is. We can provide special child seat with no extra charges. Please let us know about it when you book.
